Storage and providers
Enquiries and privacy requests are held in hosted website storage and reviewed by Harvery Corporation. Cloudflare hosts this website and its form storage. We also send the submitted details to our company inbox using Resend, with the inbox hosted in Microsoft 365. These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Australia.
Access, correction and removal
To ask to access, correct or remove your information, or to ask us to stop contacting you, use the privacy request form. Use the email address from your original enquiry if you can.
Harvery Corporation reviews each request and may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. Retention and removal of records are handled on review, subject to any obligations that apply to us.
Complaints
To make a complaint about how we handled your information, use the privacy request form and start your message with “Privacy complaint”. Harvery Corporation will review it.
